01 General Provisions and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the baji bat platform and all services under it. In this document, "Platform" refers to baji bat's website, mobile application and all related digital services. "User" or "you" refers to any person who has accessed this platform, whether registered or not.

baji bat provides sports betting on cricket, football and other sports, as well as casino gaming services for its users. These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the user and baji bat. By accessing the platform or creating an account, you are voluntarily accepting these terms and conditions.

02 Account Registration and Eligibility

To create an account on baji bat, a user must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.
• Each individual may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be permanently closed.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete and up to date.
• The account must be opened in your own name — operating an account on behalf of someone else or in the name of a third party is not permitted.
• Users must access the service from within Bangladesh and must comply with applicable local regulations.

You must provide a valid mobile number and email address at the time of registration. Your identity will be confirmed through OTP verification. If false information is provided intentionally, the account may be cancelled and any bonuses or winnings collected may be forfeited.

03 Account Verification and Security

baji bat reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time it deems necessary. This verification process may require submission of relevant documents including a copy of a national identity card or passport, a selfie and proof of address.

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details — username and password — completely confidential. This information must not be shared with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact baji bat's support team immediately via live chat.

You are responsible for all activities carried out using your account. If it is established that unauthorised access has occurred and you have reported it in a timely manner, baji bat will take the necessary steps subject to investigation.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals on baji bat are made using mobile banking services available in Bangladesh. All transactions will be completed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (major banks including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank and BRAC Bank).
• You must use a payment account registered in your own name only.
• Using third-party methods for deposits is prohibited.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.
• Withdrawal requests generally take 10 to 45 minutes to process.
• The name on the withdrawal account must match the name of the depositor.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily held if active bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

baji bat offers various bonus offers to its users. Each bonus has specific wagering requirements, and any bonus-related winnings cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Example: a ৳1,000 deposit will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000, and ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

Bonus Rules

• A bonus is never equivalent to cash; it cannot be withdrawn before wagering is completed.
• More than one bonus cannot be active at the same time, unless the promotion description states otherwise.
• baji bat reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel bonus offers at any time.
• If strategic betting aimed at earning bonuses (arbitrage betting, low-risk betting) is identified, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Weekly Deposit Festival, Cricket Dhamaka Bonus, Slot Rewards, Birthday Special Gift and Refer a Friend Gift — separate terms apply to each promotion.

06 Betting and Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activities on baji bat are conducted fairly and transparently. For sports betting, bets are settled once the result of a specific match is finalised. If a match is cancelled, postponed or abandoned, the related bet will be voided and the stake will be returned.

Casino Games

baji bat offers live casino games from leading providers including Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live and Ezugi, as well as slots and other games from established studios such as PG Soft, JILI and Spribe. The RTP of each game is stated in its own description.

Technical Issues

If a game is left incomplete due to a server error or internet disconnection, baji bat will review the relevant records and make a fair decision. Winnings resulting from faulty software or technical errors will not be considered valid.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the baji bat platform:

• Operating multiple accounts belonging to the same individual.
• Operating an account using fraud, hacking, bots or automated software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal activities.
• Misuse of the bonus system — arbitrage betting, claiming bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Any attempt to bypass the platform's security measures.
• Spreading false or misleading information about the platform.

08 Account Suspension and Closure

baji bat reserves the right to investigate, temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to cooperate with identity verification or provision of false information.
• Suspicion of fraud or money laundering.
• Extended period of inactivity.
• The user requests closure of the account themselves.

At the time of account closure, the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be provided, unless a forfeiture decision has been made due to fraud. Users may raise an objection to the closure of their account — in that case, the support team will investigate via live chat or email.

09 Responsible Gaming

baji bat believes that gaming is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. We are committed to protecting our users. Under the Responsible Gaming policy, users can set deposit limits, betting limits and use self-exclusion options.

• The account has a feature to set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits.
• Any user may apply for temporary or permanent self-exclusion.
• Use of this platform by anyone under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited.

11 Dispute Resolution

12 Changes to Terms
